We are a group that meets weekly online to write spontaneously in response to a shared prompt. We have been doing this for almost three years. Our format is that after writing in real time, we share our work orally, but the space does not allow for feedback or comment.

Over the years, members have produced beautiful, impromptu works that have inspired other members of the group. The idea of SecretSalon.blog is to provide an opportunity for the writers who participate to share and access their own work and that of the other writers. In short, our weekly writing group is a place where amazing work is created in the fleeting moment; here is place where it can be stored and shared.
